HR Assistant/Recruiter

As a Data Entry, you will be responsible for managing and organizing data efficiently to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our records. Your role will involve various tasks from inputting new information to generating reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Entering Data: Input new information into databases, spreadsheets, or other formats.

  • Organizing Data: Compile records into files or tables, sort them, and organize existing data in spreadsheets.

  • Verifying Data: Check the accuracy of inputted data, verify missing data, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Updating Data: Regularly update existing records and make changes to outdated data.

  • Backing Up Data: Perform regular database backups to secure data.

  • Documenting Data: Store relevant documents and prepare source files for computerized formats.

  • Producing Reports: Generate reports from the data.

  • Providing Support: Occasionally provide administrative support.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
    Proven experience in data entry or similar role.

  • Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
